Niacinamide
Our moisturizer is formulated with 5% Niacinamide – a research proven concentration for effectivity on discoloration. The concentration we incorporated is known to be effective without any known side effect such as irritation or break outs.
Niacinamide, with the proper concentration, can help improve skin barrier, prevent water loss, and regulate oil production – beneficial for all skin type including the acne prone ones.
Licorice
A popular skincare classic known to brightens and even skin tones. Licorice works by inhibiting the production of tyrosinase, an enzyme needed to create melanin. This same enzyme is responsible for dark spots.
Other than its brightening capabilities, Licorice is also known to soothe irritated skin, making it a go to ingredient for sensitive skin.
Allantoin
Is an ingredient known for its multiple abilities such as soothing and moisturizing skin. It is also popular for its healing property on minor wounds such as diaper rash, irritations, and particular burns.
Hyaluronic Acid
An important ingredient in keeping the skin hydrated, giving it a plump, healthy texture.
Panthenol
Also known as Vitamin B5, is well known for its anti-inflammatory property. Commonly, this is added to aid skin from irritation and other external aggressor.
Panthenol is also known for its capability to attract moisture into the skin – an important factor in restoring dry and dehydrated skin.
Ceramide
Known to support skin against external aggressors by strengthening it – a good feature if you’re also trying to heal your skin from acne.
On top of that, Ceramide is known in keeping the hydration balance in our skin due to its capability to hold water.

Common Questions:
Q: Will I “purge” using this product?
A: No. This product does not contain ingredients that are often associated with skin purging. However, if you’re using products that exceeds 5% Niacinamide, combined – this may cause break outs due to irritation. This is not purging and will not end until your remove the irritant.
Also, if you’re using other products containing Retinoid / Retinol, exfoliators, Benzoyl Peroxide and Azelaic Acid (to name some), they are likely to be the cause. Please review use.
Q: Will this help address PIE and PIH?
A: Yes – this lightweight moisturizer contains 5% Niacinamide and Licorice. Niacinamide in 2% to 5% has shown efficacy on skin discolorations due to PIH and PIE. Combined with Licorice, which is known to minimize discoloration and soothe skin – this moisturizer does not only address the existing depigmentation but also prevents it from getting worse. Make sure to partner this with your favorite sunscreen for best result!
Q: Is this moisturizer good in humid weather?
A: Yes! We specifically developed this moisturizer to be lightweight and easy to absorb. There are two ways we recommend using this –
1.) If you want a no-residue feel throughout the day, use this immediately after cleanse while the skin is still damp from cleansing.
2.) If you want to have a slight film on top of your skin, you may use or reapply few minutes after cleanse
How to Use:
Apply liberally to face and neck. Use as often as needed.

- Recommended to use while the skin is still damp from cleansing or as advised by your doctor.
- Wear sunscreen during daytime to get better brightening results.
- Avoid using other Niacinamide products to prevent irritation from compounded concentration.
